Good so far

For the price this has been a great turntable so far (only a month). Some things i dont like however: the speakers are just OK, not that i expected much out of 2inch self contained speakers, but when the unit is plugged in to a receiver the speakers don't turn off so theres still some out-of-sync noise you can hear. Also, my biggest qualm is the cover must be folded all the way back to play records and, at that, it doesnt even go all the way down flat, it sits at a weird propped up angle that takes up a lot of space and makes the unit unbalanced. I have it so the cover sits up at a 90 degree angle but for that to work i had to make a lift out of foam to put under the record otherwise it rubs on the felt as it plays. The sound is good and it works well overall, but there are some really annoying design flaws to this unit. Worth it for the money, but im not married to it.

Great little Portable Box !!!

Bought a piece of Junk at Kolhs that was $57 dollars on sale an ION ILP with Ipad hook up which is kind of useless since the ipad dock was only to play the ipad through external speakers the system didn't come with. I found this at target for 79.99 and I love it. If you can find it at target for that price pick it up I had to go to two targets and only one had one left in stock... I love this little box and love that its portable. I give amazon credit when its due but their prices are starting to get a little high so if you can find it cheaper here go for it if not find it somewhere else. shop around before you buy. The built in speaker sounds great!!!
